Celebrating 57 years of OPA!
The HOHLAX trio was formed in 2007 on the Greek island of Amorgos. The name HOHLAX refers to the beach HOHLAKAS, where the members of the group have spent many happy hours.
Hohlax Trio is comprised of trained professional musicians experienced in musical education and performance in both Greece and the United States. In addition to the four CDs which they have released, their performances have been broadcast on radio and television.
Hohlax tours include but are not limited to, concerts, dance events, festivals, performance and talks at universities, private parties and dances. The members include violinist Jaime Smith, bouzouki player and songwriter Orestis Koletsos and Giorgis Hatzakison vocals and guitar.
