The preferred method is for a group leader/teacher/coach to sign up and indicate how many volunteers they are bringing for each slot.

Each member of a group may also sign up individually. If you do, please note your group affiliation in “my comments”.

Yes! We prefer group leaders to be present and volunteer with their group. This is particularly true for youth and high school groups.

Several, including: free festival entrance, food vouchers, volunteer apparel, community service hours, fellowship with friends and festival goers and the satisfaction of giving!

Yes! After your shift, come back to the volunteer check-in and one of the coordinators will sign off on your hours. We can also provide a letter upon request.

Please arrive 30 minutes before your shift starts to allow time for parking and (likely) a short walk to the festival.
